INGREDIENTS


Edible Gold Flake or Dust

4 parts Citron Vodka

2 parts Cointreau or Triple Sec

1 part Lime juice (preferably fresh)

<2 parts Cranberry juice


PREPARATION

Rim martini glass with fresh lime and dab Edible Gold Flake or Dust onto the edge of the glass. Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker, adding more Edible Gold Flake or Dust to the mix. Shake over ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Champagne Royale D’oro

INGREDIENTS


Edible Gold Leaf, Flake or Dust

Splash of Chambord

Chilled Champagne

Fresh Raspberry (optional)


A lot of people confuse this drink with the Kir Royale, which uses creme de cassis instead of Chambord.


PREPARATION

Pour Chambord in a flute. Add Edible Gold Flake or Dust then slowly add Champagne to fill. Garnish with raspberry if desired.

INGREDIENTS


Edible Gold Flake or Dust

1 Part Fresh peach puree or nectar

3 Parts Chilled Champagne

Fresh Raspberry (optional)


PREPARATION

Put Peach into a Champagne flute. Rim flute with Edible Gold Flake or Dust by dabbing it onto the edge of the glass Fill with chilled Champagne. Garnish with a fresh peach slice if available. Note that in a pinch, peach schnapps may be substituted, but is not as good

3 oz. Vodka or Gin

Chilled Champagne

1 part Lime juice (preferably fresh)

<2 parts Cranberry juice


PREPARATION

Rim martini glass with fresh lime and dab Edible Gold Flake or Dust onto the edge of the glass. Pour chilled Vodka or Gin in a chilled cocktail glass, Top with Champagne, Garnish with a twist .
